- Assist the Branch Manager in developing and implementing strategies to achieve branch performance targets
- Oversee daily branch operations ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements
- Manage and mentor a team of banking professionals fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Analyze financial data and prepare reports to support decision-making processes
- Identify and pursue business development opportunities to expand the branchs customer base
- Resolve complex customer issues and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency
- Implement and monitor risk management protocols to safeguard the branchs assets and reputation
- Participate in local community events and initiatives to promote the banks brand and services
Qualifications :
- UAE national in line with Emiratisation initiatives
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in banking or financial services with previous management or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in financial analysis reporting and risk management
- Advanced customer relationship management skills
- In-depth knowledge of UAE banking regulations and practices
- Familiarity with Emiratisation policies and initiatives
- Proficiency in banking software and systems
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic
- Professional banking certifications (e.g. CBA CAMS) are highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Strong ethical standards and commitment to maintaining confidentiality
