Job Summary
Are you a friendly organized and professional individual who enjoys creating a welcoming environment B&S World Supply DMCC Dubai is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to be the face of our company!
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors clients and staff in a courteous and professional manner
- Manage incoming calls emails and correspondence
- Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean and presentable at all times
- Handle basic administrative tasks such as scheduling filing and data entry
- Coordinate deliveries and manage office supplies
- Support other departments as needed
Qualifications :
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a front desk or customer-facing role (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
