Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and customeroriented Guest Service Agent (Arabic speaking) to join our team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As the first point of contact for our guests you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay.

  • Welcome and checkin guests confirming reservations assigning rooms and issuing room keys
  • Process all types of payments including room charges cash checks and credit/debit cards
  • Handle guest checkouts resolving any late or disputed charges efficiently
  • Respond to guest inquiries requests and concerns promptly and professionally
  • Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure room readiness for checkins
  • Provide information about hotel amenities local attractions and directions to guests
  • Manage daily reports including arrivals departures and special requests
  • Balance and reconcile cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Assist with additional front desk duties as needed

Qualifications :

  • Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken) is essential
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Problemsolving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Basic computer proficiency including experience with hotel management software
  • Cultural sensitivity and awareness
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures
  • High school diploma or equivalent
