Job Summary
Role: Brand Manager
Location: Dubai
We are partnering with a large global retailer who is seeking a Brand Manager to drive sales growth profitability and brand excellence. The role requires strong commercial acumen vendor/landlord negotiations P&L ownership and proven experience in sales planning merchandising and marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver top-line & bottom-line performance through effective business planning.
- Negotiate with vendors & landlords to secure agreements and optimize margins.
- Oversee store operations sales forecasting merchandising and marketing execution.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards VM and customer experience excellence.
- Manage inventory pricing and promotional activities to maximize profitability.
- Lead train and develop a team while driving performance against KPIs.
Requirements
- 3 5 years of work experience in retail/business management
- Proven ability to design and execute end-to-end business plans
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Hands-on expertise in P&L ownership and sales forecasting
- Experience in marketing branding and promotional strategies
