Role: Brand Manager

Location: Dubai

We are partnering with a large global retailer who is seeking a Brand Manager to drive sales growth profitability and brand excellence. The role requires strong commercial acumen vendor/landlord negotiations P&L ownership and proven experience in sales planning merchandising and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver top-line & bottom-line performance through effective business planning.
Negotiate with vendors & landlords to secure agreements and optimize margins.
Oversee store operations sales forecasting merchandising and marketing execution.
Ensure compliance with brand standards VM and customer experience excellence.
Manage inventory pricing and promotional activities to maximize profitability.
Lead train and develop a team while driving performance against KPIs.

Requirements

3 5 years of work experience in retail/business management
Proven ability to design and execute end-to-end business plans
Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
Hands-on expertise in P&L ownership and sales forecasting
Experience in marketing branding and promotional strategies
