Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop update and manage detailed structural BIM models using Revit.
- Prepare accurate drawings 3D models and structural documentation for concrete and structural systems.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (Architectural MEP Civil) to ensure model integration and clash-free designs.
- Review and interpret structural drawings specifications and design requirements.
- Ensure BIM models comply with company standards project requirements and UAE codes/regulations.
- Provide technical support to the engineering and design teams regarding structural BIM processes.
- Assist in preparing construction drawings shop drawings and as-built documentation.
- Support the BIM Manager in implementing BIM workflows and standards.
Key Qualificaction:
- Bachelors Degree/Diploma in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM modeling with a focus on structural and concrete works.
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit (Structural); knowledge of AutoCAD and Navisworks is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of structural design principles concrete detailing and UAE building standards.
- Proven experience working on UAE projects.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Currently based in the UAE and available to join immediately.
