Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute insurance planning strategies tailored to client needs.
Manage and oversee life, health, auto, disability, renters, and travel insurance plans.
Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations to mitigate financial exposure.
Collaborate with advisors, underwriters, and clients to deliver the best insurance solutions.
Ensure compliance with regulatory insurance requirements.
Prepare reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior leadership.
Train and mentor team members on insurance products and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Insurance Management.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in insurance planning or management.
Strong knowledge of multiple insurance products and services.
Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
Familiarity with insurance laws and compliance.
Professional certifications such as CLU, CFP, CPCU are highly desirable.
