Nationality: Filipino Indian Pakistani Arab (Excluding Nigerian and Sudanese)
Joining Status: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse with specialized experience in Orthopedic Operating Theatre (OT) procedures. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical knowledge hands-on expertise in orthopedic surgical support and a proactive approach to patient care within a fast-paced surgical environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in pre-operative intra-operative and post-operative orthopedic procedures
Maintain sterile field and ensure adherence to OT protocols
Support surgeons during orthopedic interventions including joint replacements fracture fixations and arthroscopies
Monitor patient vitals and administer medications as per surgical requirements
Ensure accurate documentation of procedures and patient records
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize surgical outcomes
Uphold infection control standards and patient safety protocols
Requirements
Experience: 4 5 years in Orthopedic OT nursing with minimum 1 year UAE experience
Licensure: DHA License preferred (or eligibility to obtain)
Skills:
Strong knowledge of orthopedic surgical procedures and instrumentation
Proficiency in OT protocols and sterile techniques
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic surgical schedules
Language: Proficient in English; Arabic is an advantage
Additional Notes
Candidates must be available for immediate joining
Preference will be given to applicants with valid DHA licensure and UAE experience
