Were formalising an internship program that gives early-career talent real responsibility and a clear path to grow. This cohort sits in our control functions (Risk Compliance Operations and Finance) and will help shape the program for future classes. Youll learn how a regulated fintech operates work with experienced managers and get weekly feedback.
What you will contribute to:
Validate KYC/AML checklists and spot opportunities to reduce rework
Map simple support or back-office processes and remove unnecessary steps
Reconcile small data sets and document repeatable how-to guides
Draft concise risk/controls notes for minor product or policy changes
Youll be expected to show up prepared communicate clearly protect confidentiality and close the loop on what you start.
