Job Description
Job Title: Technical Project Manager
The Technical Project Manager plays a critical role in the successful execution of housing and infrastructure projects within the organizations portfolio. This role is primarily responsible for managing and overseeing all technical aspects of project delivery with a strong focus on engineering construction and implementation processes.
The position involves coordinating and supervising the technical components of projects to ensure that all activities are executed in accordance with established quality standards project specifications and regulatory requirements. The Technical Project Manager works closely with multidisciplinary teams including engineers contractors consultants and stakeholders to monitor progress resolve technical challenges and maintain alignment with project goals.
