Job Description

Talent Acquisition Executive - Arab Speaker

Job Summary: Were seeking an enthusiasticindividual to become part of our Human Resources team as a Talent AcquisitionExecutive. The jobs purpose is to oversee the entire recruitment process toattract evaluate and onboard top talent. This role requires closecollaboration with hiring managers and department heads to understand theirstaffing needs develop effective recruitment strategies and implement plansto maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Candidate Sourcing and Attraction: Utilize various channels such as jobboards social media platforms professional networks and employee referralsto attract qualified candidates.

2.Candidate Screening and Evaluation: Review resumes and applications toidentify qualified candidates. Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluatecandidates qualifications skills cultural fit and suitability for the role.

3.Interview Coordination and Facilitation: Arrange interview schedulesensuring they align with both candidates availability and interviewerscalendars. Create interview materials including candidate profiles interviewguides and evaluation forms.

4.Offer Negotiation and Onboarding: Extend job offers to selectedcandidates and negotiate compensation packages benefits and other terms ofemployment.

5.Candidate Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing communication withcandidates throughout the recruitment process providing updates feedback andguidance.

6.Data Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date recordsof candidate interactions interview outcomes and hiring decisions. Generatereports and metrics to track recruitment performance including time-to-fillsource effectiveness and candidate demographics.

7.Compliance with Policies & Procedures: Uphold ethical standards andcomply with all company policies procedures and legal requirements.

Qualification:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven experience of minimum 02 years in talent acquisition recruitment or related HR functions.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices sourcing techniques and candidate assessment methods.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment software.
  • Abilityto work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
