As a key member of the operations support team youll play a critical role in maintaining optimising and advancing the organisations digital end-user monitoring and experience strategy using Nexthink and related technologies.
Youll support real-time infrastructure monitoring integration with enterprise platforms develop automations and lead advanced troubleshooting across a complex enterprise landscape.
This role is based on-site during business hours and includes participation in a 24/7 on-call rotation for escalated support needs.
Manage and support Nexthink in a high-availability enterprise-grade production environment
Design implement and fine-tune dashboards reports alerts and proactive monitoring capabilities
Lead platform upgrades patching automation and health checks
Integrate Nexthink with major platforms such as ServiceNow ScienceLogic Dynatrace Azure AWS VMware and Office 365
Create and manage custom PowerShell scripts and workflows
Monitor and analyse logs events and business service KPIs
Ensure end-to-end visibility across client devices virtual infrastructure and critical applications
Contribute to incident resolution root cause analysis and service improvement
Participate in project workstreams and collaborate across infrastructure and cybersecurity teams
Minimum 5 years experience in enterprise IT environments with a focus on digital end-user infrastructure
At least 5 years of hands-on expertise in Nexthink platform management including design customisation integration and automation
Advanced knowledge of scripting (PowerShell) monitoring tools and log analytics
Proven ability to work across large-scale environments involving Windows Linux virtualisation (VMware NSX) cloud platforms (Azure AWS) containers and enterprise networks
Experience integrating Nexthink with monitoring and ITSM tools (e.g. ServiceNow ScienceLogic SolarWinds etc.)
Deep understanding of infrastructure operations digital experience management and monitoring best practices
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Nexthink Professional Certification (mandatory)
This is an on-site operational support role
Participation in an after-hours on-call rotation is required
