Job Description

Location: Sharjah UAE

Job Summary:
We are hiring an Engineering Manager to lead and coordinate all engineering activities on a major Waste to Energy project. The ideal candidate will manage multi-discipline teams technical reviews and EPC contractor deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead engineering team activities and ensure timely design submissions.
  • Review and resolve technical issues and design queries.
  • Ensure availability of latest revision drawings and proper document control.
  • Coordinate between disciplines and ensure quality and compliance.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering; advanced degree preferred.
  • Strong understanding of multi-discipline coordination and EPC procedures.


Additional Information :

Experience:

  • Minimum 15 years of engineering experience.
  • 5 years in a similar PMC/consulting role.
  • Waste to Energy project experience highly desirable.
