You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailInstall maintain and repair MEP systems including HVAC electrical panels lighting water supply drainage and plumbing fixtures.
Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve potential issues in MEP systems.
Troubleshoot mechanical electrical and plumbing faults and perform corrective actions promptly.
Perform preventive maintenance to ensure optimal functioning of all systems.
Read and interpret technical drawings schematics and blueprints.
Coordinate with engineers supervisors and contractors to ensure seamless execution of MEP-related tasks.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations quality standards and local building codes.
Maintain accurate records of work performed materials used and service reports.
Assist in project planning and provide technical inputs during system upgrades or installations.
Respond to emergency breakdowns and perform quick resolutions to minimize downtime.
Diploma / ITI in Mechanical Electrical or Plumbing Engineering or equivalent technical certification.
Minimum of 2 5 years of experience as an MEP Technician in maintenance or construction projects.
Strong knowledge of HVAC electrical and plumbing systems.
Familiarity with safety standards and building codes.
Proficiency in using hand tools power tools and diagnostic equipment.
Ability to read and understand technical manuals and drawings.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Time management and the ability to work under pressure.
