Job Description
We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead and optimize advertising strategies across digital and offline channels driving brand awareness and lead generation. This role is critical in aligning marketing campaigns with business objectives ensuring maximum ROI.
The ideal candidate is data-driven creative and experienced in campaign management across platforms such as Google Ads Meta and programmatic networks. Key Responsibilities
Core Functions
- Develop and execute multi-channel advertising campaigns that align with marketing goals.
- Manage media buying across paid search social and programmatic platforms.
- Monitor and optimize ad performance ensuring campaign ROI and KPIs are met.
- Oversee A/B testing and audience targeting strategies.
Collaboration & Communication
- Coordinate with creative sales and digital teams to develop cohesive campaigns.
- Liaise with external agencies and media partners.
- Deliver regular campaign updates and performance reviews to stakeholders.
- Support brand initiatives through ad messaging and positioning.
Performance Reporting or Strategy
- Analyze campaign data to inform strategic adjustments.
- Develop monthly performance reports and present actionable insights.
- Maintain budget oversight and forecast ad spend.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- 5 years of marketing experience with a strong focus on advertising.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Ads Meta Ads Manager and analytics platforms.
- Strong project management and budget handling skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or related field.
- Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint is a plus.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
