Contest> The Communication Organization Assessment and Design project will provide a thorough diagnostic of existing communication structures benchmark against international best practices in higher education and comparable institutions and deliver a comprehensive future-state operating model. The goal is to enable more agile effective and aligned communication functions that directly support institutional priorities stakeholder engagement and reputational growth
Project Scope> Assess Client current communication organization including structure workflows and decision-making; Benchmark Clients communication organization against best-in-class models in higher education and mission driven institutions; Identify misalignments capability gaps and improvement opportunities; Design a future-state model aligned with Client’s Vision 2036 goals strategic initiatives and ecosystem engagement. Define governance roles and capabilities to support implementation and long-term communication excellence
Key Project phases> 1) Discovery & Diagnostic: Assess current communication structure through interviews document reviews and core process analysis. 2) Benchmarking: Compare Client's setup with leading institutions to identify gaps and improvement areas 3) Future State Design: Co-create a future-state model with clear roles governance and workflows aligned to Vision 2036. 4) Validation & Handoff: Present refine and finalize the model with leadership delivering a roadmap for implementation
Workload > 3 months > Mid-July to Mid-October 2025
Start-date > Immediate once identified the right profile
Location > Basically remote working with few presence on-ground at the beginning of the project intermediate presentation finalization and results validation> to be held in UAE
