Job Description

Human Resources Executive plays a crucial role in fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. This role involves managing HR processes supporting employee development and promoting company culture. The ideal candidate is passionate about people has strong communication skills and is committed to building a vibrant workplace.

Must Have Responsibilities:

1) Onboarding/Offboarding:

Oversee the onboarding process ensuring new hires have a smooth transition into the company.

Manage the visa work permits cancellations etc.

2) Employee Relations:

Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.

Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

3) Culture & Engagement:

Organize and promote company events team-building activities and recognition programs.

Gather employee feedback and implement initiatives to improve engagement and satisfaction.

Champion company values and encourage a positive work environment.

4) Performance Management & Training Support:

Provide necessary support to the HR Manager to ensure Performance management and Training initiatives of the company are completed as per deadlines

6) HR Policy & Documentation:

Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.

Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR documentation.

Assist in developing and updating HR policies and procedures.

7) Payroll & Compensation:

Ensure monthly payroll is processed with 100% accuracy and as per timelines

Support the HR Manager with all compensation & benefits related initiatives



Requirements

Must Qualification:

- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources or a related field.

- Minimum 2 years experience in HR or People & Culture role in UAE is a must.

- Strong understanding of HR principles employment laws and best practices.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

- Proactive organized and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
