Job Summary:
The Real Estate Manager at Milele Properties will be responsible for the overall performance growth and strategic direction of the companys real estate operations focusing on both commercial and residential real estate. This role requires exceptional leadership business acumen and a strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market. The manager will be instrumental in driving revenue managing operations recruiting and building a high-performing team to support the companys expansion and ensuring that all objectives align with Milele Properties long-term vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and growth strategies for both the commercial and residential resale markets in Dubai.
- Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to expand the companys presence in the Dubai real estate sector.
- Set and manage sales targets to ensure consistent performance and revenue growth.
- Analyze current market trends property values and client needs to maintain a competitive edge.
- Lead the companys market expansion initiatives by identifying high-potential opportunities and fostering relationships with key stakeholders investors and clients.
- Develop strategies to build the companys property portfolio and improve market penetration in both commercial and residential sectors.
- Recruit and build a high-performing team to support the companys growth including hiring skilled professionals in sales marketing business development and operations.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients investors and stakeholders to ensure a strong market reputation and drive repeat business.
- Oversee client negotiations on major deals and strategic transactions ensuring the highest levels of professionalism and efficiency.
- Lead the recruitment onboarding and development of key personnel in sales marketing operations and client services to support company expansion.
- Lead mentor and motivate department heads to achieve the companys overall sales and operational targets.
- Ensure continuous professional development of staff and drive a performance-oriented culture within the company.
- Develop and manage the companys budget to ensure financial targets are met while maintaining cost efficiency.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field. A Masters degree in real estate would be advantageous.
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in the real estate sector with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role preferably in the UAE market. MA1
- Leadership Skills: Proven experience in building recruiting and managing high-performance teams particularly in the context of market expansion.
