Education
- Degree Post graduate in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent industry experience)
Experience
- 8-12 years of experience in Pega and Pega Certified Product Engineer
- Pega Lead Product Engineer playing upto Architect/ CSSA Certification is highly desirable
- Understanding of large and complex code bases including design techniques
- Experience in defining Business Processes using Pega platform for financial sector
- System design and implementation Experience in Integration Services of PRPC Rule-Connects/Services developing activities PRPC User Interface development and implementation of Declarative Processing features
Technical Skills
- Experience in Pega KYC/CLM 8.X Experience is mandatory
- The candidates will act as a CLM/KYC SME for the bank from Pega Platform perspective
- Good understanding and experience in Client Server applications Digital applications and Business Functions
- Should have knowledge on API and JSON to support integration
- Software development experience with Java/JavaScript and good understanding of micro services and Big Data architecture is a plus
Functional Skills
- Experience in Banking Financial and Fintech experience in an enterprise environment preferred
- Experience in following best Coding Security Unit testing and Documentation standards and practices
- Experience in Agile methodology
- Ensure quality of technical and application architecture and design of systems across the organization
- Effectively research and benchmark technology against other best in class technologies
Soft Skills
- Able to influence multiple teams on technical considerations increasing their productivity and effectiveness by sharing deep knowledge and experience.
- Self-motivator and self-starter Ability to own and drive things without supervision and works collaboratively with the teams across the organization
- Have excellent soft skills and interpersonal skills to interact and present the ideas to Senior and Executive management
