Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound telesales calls to potential clients seeking aesthetic services such as skin treatments cosmetic procedures and consultations.
- Use your knowledge of aesthetic services to articulate the benefits and answer client inquiries effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Document client interactions and manage leads through our CRM system.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies and provide insights on customer preferences.
- Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high standards of service quality.
- Stay updated on trends in the aesthetic industry and associated products.
- Provide feedback to management on market conditions and clients needs.
Requirements - Proven experience as a Telesales Representative preferably with aesthetic clinic experience.
- Strong understanding of aesthetic services and products.
- Exceptional communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients over the phone.
- Proficient in CRM software and standard office applications.
- Track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
