Job Opportunity: Emirati Registered Nurse with DOH License (Female)
About the Role
We are hiring a Registered Nurse (Emirati Female) on behalf of a reputable private medical center located in Al Shahama area. This role is ideal for a compassionate patientfocused healthcare professional who holds a valid DOH license and is committed to delivering highquality care.
Role Purpose
To provide professional efficient and compassionate nursing care to patients while ensuring their comfort dignity and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
Assess patient needs by establishing rapport and understanding care requirements.
Create a compassionate and supportive environment for patients and their families.
Educate patients and families on medical conditions treatment plans and selfcare techniques.
Promote patient independence through goalsetting and handson guidance.
Ensure quality of care by adhering to medical protocols standards and safety guidelines.
Participate in evaluations and recommend adjustments to treatment as necessary.
Maintain accurate patient records and collaborate effectively with the healthcare team.
Qualifications & Requirements
Nationality: UAE National (Female)
License: Valid DOH License is mandatory
Experience: 1 3 years as a registered nurse
Education: BSc in Nursing or equivalent diploma from an accredited nursing program
Skills:
Strong knowledge of nursing practices and emergency care
Familiarity with health & safety standards sanitation and infection control
Excellent communication teamwork and interpersonal abilities
Highly organized empathetic and solutionoriented
