This role based in Dubai will lead and execute marketing and sponsorship strategy across MEA APAC driving brand equity commercial performance and customer engagement for ALL Accor Live Limitless and Accor brands through data-driven campaigns localized brand positioning and cross-functional leadership.
- Responsible for leading our marketing function and all campaign efforts across Middle East Africa and Asia Pacific (MEA APAC) as well as achieving commercial KPIs across the region.
- Builds innovative marketing vision drives brand equity optimizes marketing performance and spearheads strategic initiatives across a diverse and high-growth region.
- Drive regional brand marketing and lead end-to-end campaign strategy and execution in collaboration with global and local teams ensuring strong brand equity and consistent representation of Accors voice identity and premium standards across all initiatives.
- Strong emphasis on ALL Accor Live Limitless marketing activation sponsorship performance and regional brand and campaign strategy.
- Responsible for championing creativity data-driven marketing and inspirational leadership.
- Owns maintains and localises the ALL and individual brand value propositions; grows brand awareness and brand love; and drives bookings in diverse markets through robust management and optimization of a regional marketing budget.
- Ensures strategic leadership cross-functional collaboration and success of overall marketing and campaigns.
- Responsible for supporting financial performance by considering the financial impact of all activities establishing processes that align with key financial objectives managing supplier briefs within budget parameters and maintaining accurate records of departmental budgets and expenditures.
- Act as an ambassador for Accor and ALL by representing the brand at key events enhancing the companys image and the reputation of the loyalty programme and actively promoting ALL offers benefits services and facilities to internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications :
- Currently holding a senior management position in the same disciplines with at least 15 years experience
- Strategic & Data-Driven Leadership: Expert in developing regional marketing strategies aligned with global goals leveraging data consumer insights and performance metrics to drive business growth and optimize plans.
- Brand Campaign & Sponsorship Expertise: Strong track record in leading full-funnel integrated campaigns brand activations and sponsorship initiatives particularly across agency optimisation.
- Cross-Functional & Cultural Agility: Adept at collaborating across diverse functions and culturally varied regions localizing strategies for Middle East Africa and Asia Pacific markets.
- Team & Stakeholder Leadership: Inspires high-performing multicultural teams while effectively communicating with senior stakeholders and mentoring future marketing leaders.
- Operational Excellence: Skilled in budget management agency/vendor coordination and timely high-quality campaign execution that aligns with strategic priorities.
