Job Description

Manager Digital Key Accounts will oversee the online sales strategy and operations for our brand. This role involves managing the ecommerce platform optimizing user experience and driving sales through digital marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development:
    • Develop and implement ecommerce strategies to increase sales and market share.
  • Website Management:
    • Oversee website performance ensuring a seamless user experience and optimal conversion rates.
    • Collaborate with IT and design teams to enhance website functionality and aesthetics.
  • Digital Marketing:
    • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns including SEO PPC email marketing and social media.
    • Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports on sales traffic and customer behavior.
    • Utilize analytics tools to inform strategy and improve customer engagement.
  • Inventory Management:
    • Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to manage inventory levels and fulfillment processes.
  • Customer Engagement:
    • Enhance customer experience through personalized marketing and engagement initiatives.
    • Address customer inquiries and feedback to improve service quality.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Manage and mentor a team of ecommerce specialists and digital marketers

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or related field.
  • 3 years of experience in ecommerce management preferably in the UAE market.
  • Strong knowledge of online marketing tools and analytics.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in ecommerce platforms (e.g. Shopify Magento) and digital marketing software.

Skills:

  • Analytical thinking and problemsolving abilities.
  • Strong understanding of customer behavior and market trends.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
