talabatYouth our 6month graduate internship program is designed to equip highpotential graduates with the skills experience and exposure needed to thrive in a fulltime role. Whether youre exploring data engineering or commercial functions youll gain handson experience solve real business challenges and rotate across teams to develop a wellrounded understanding of our operations. Interns are evaluated continuously mentored by senior leaders and empowered to make a real impact from day one. Successful interns will have the opportunity to transition into a permanent role in 2026.
Eligibility criteria
Bachelors degree (or currently enrolled) in Business Administration or related field
Graduation year: 2024 and 2025
GPA Requirement: 3.5 or above
Participation in extracurricular activities is a must
Previous internships is a plus
Strong communication and feedbackoriented mindset
What Youll Be Doing
Support promotional tools and advocate digital integration
Build and maintain relationships with existing partners
Conduct business reviews and improve account performance
Drive upselling automation and promotion of key features
Manage reports and support contract negotiations
