Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Advise clients on suitable mortgage options based on their financial situation and property goals
Manage the full mortgage process from initial consultation to loan disbursement
Maintain relationships with banks lenders and real estate professionals in the UAE
Stay current on UAE mortgage laws policies and interest rate trends
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
Achieve individual and team sales targets
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior advisors (if applicable)
Represent Math Financial Group at networking events property expos and client meetings

Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in mortgage advisory or financial services in the UAE and home country
Strong knowledge of UAE mortgage products property regulations and real estate practices
Existing relationships with major UAE banks and financial institutions
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Bachelors degree in Finance Business or related field; relevant certifications a plus
Bilingual proficiency is a Plus

FullTime
Pay: AED 6000 (Negotiable)
