The ideal candidate is both strategic and inventiveable to unify talabats tone of voice across all business while bringing our authentic brand across. He/She will be responsible for crafting a messaging that reinforces talabats fun and relatable brand identity telling our story to the world like it has never been told before.
Craft and execute Talabats communication strategy throughout the MENA region.
Collaborate with toplevel management and stakeholders to align communication strategies with the companys business goals.
Take the reins of our regional communications team offering strategic direction and fostering team growth.
Drive the creation of communication assets and content to achieve local market objectives.
Collaborate closely with talabats brand and marketing teams for a consistent brand voice across all channels.
Cultivate and manage relationships with key media outlets influencers and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance of all communication materials with relevant regulations through collaboration with talabats legal team.
Play a pivotal role in crisis communications providing strategic direction and content.
Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of communication campaigns offering insights and recommendations for enhancement.
Qualifications :
Solid track record of leading communications in multiple markets. Experience in the MENA region is advantageous.
Proven ability in creating fresh and outofthebox communication campaigns that resonate with our young customer base.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to guide teams across talabat markets.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Arabic is a plus.
Experience in crisis management and issues management.
Demonstrated success in building and maintaining relationships with key media outlets influencers and stakeholders.
Bachelors degree in communication public relations or a related field.
