Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Relationship Manager Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in supporting the Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong enduring relationships with clients partners and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be detailoriented possess excellent communication skills and a customer service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Support: Assist the Relationship Manager in managing daytoday client interactions ensuring timely followups and addressing client inquiries with professionalism.
  • Coordination & Communication: Act as a liaison between clients sales teams marketing and production departments to facilitate seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and uptodate client records in CRM systems; generate reports on client activities feedback and sales performance.
  • Event Planning: Coordinate client events product launches and promotional activities to enhance client engagement and brand loyalty.
  • Market Research: Support the Relationship Manager by gathering market intelligence on customer preferences competitor activities and industry trends specific to the perfume sector.
  • Problem Resolution: Assist in resolving client issues promptly escalating matters when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities for upselling or crossselling perfume products.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle scheduling correspondence and documentation related to client accounts and relationship management activities.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Communications or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in client relations account coordination or customer service preferably within the cosmetic goods or fragrance industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Detailoriented with a proactive approach to problemsolving.
