Job Description: We are looking for a skilled and experienced Mobile Phone Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing repairing and testing a wide range of smartphones and tablets.
Responsibilities:
* Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues in smartphones and tablets
* Replace or repair faulty components (screens batteries motherboards etc.
* Perform software updates flashing and unlocking services
* Maintain proper records of repairs and inventory of spare parts
* Provide excellent customer service and technical support when required
* Ensure all repairs meet quality standards and are completed in a timely manner
