Sales Intern Global Early Careers Program

Our partner offers a range of services including studio rentals production support marketing and distribution assistance. About the Role:

As a Sales & Marketing Intern within our Global Early Careers Program you will be immersed in a dynamic sales environment directly supporting our experienced Sales Executive in driving business growth through this exciting partnership. This is an exceptional opportunity to gain handson experience in the media and content creation industry specifically within the exciting world of podcasting in Dubai. You will learn valuable sales techniques contribute to achieving our shared goals and benefit from the structured development and support offered by our Global Early Careers Program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation Support: Collaborate with the Sales Executive to identify and research potential individuals and businesses in the UAE that could benefit from our partners services. This will involve online research utilizing industry resources and potentially participating in networking opportunities within the Dubai media and business community.
  • Prospecting Assistance: Support outreach efforts to potential clients under the guidance of the Sales Executive. This may include preparing introductory communications assisting with scheduling meetings and learning the fundamentals of initial client engagement.
  • Sales Material Preparation: Contribute to the creation and organization of compelling sales presentations service proposals and informational materials tailored to the needs of potential podcast creators and businesses.
  • Client Data Management: Learn to effectively manage and update our CRM system with accurate information on leads prospects and client interactions contributing to efficient sales pipeline management.
  • Meeting Support: Assist in the preparation for and followup of client meetings gaining exposure to client interactions and learning effective communication practices.
  • Market Research Assistance: Support the Sales Executive in gathering insights on the podcasting industry in the UAE and the wider region understanding trends competitor activities and potential market opportunities.
  • Administrative Tasks: Provide essential administrative support to the Sales Executive contributing to the smooth operation of the sales process.
  • Global Early Careers Program Participation: Engage in programspecific training development opportunities and networking events designed to enhance your professional skills and build your global network.
  • Learning and Development: Actively seek opportunities to learn about our partners services the sales process within the media industry and the unique dynamics of the podcasting market in Dubai.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelors degree program in Business Administration Marketing Media Studies or a related field. Recent graduates with a strong interest in sales and media are also encouraged to apply.
  • Passion for digital media content creation and the evolving podcasting landscape.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills demonstrating the ability to articulate ideas clearly and professionally.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint). Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Eagerness to learn take initiative and contribute to the success of this exciting partnership.
  • A proactive attitude and a strong work ethic.
