At CooperSurgical we are currently looking to recruit an Equipment Sales Manager for Middle East covering 13 countries. You will be part of the Middle East team focusing on the equipment portfolio. This role reports into the General Manager ME. The position is 75 field based and will cover hospitals and private IVF clinics in the region. You will be part of a growing and developing business from the outset. The position is based out of Dubai.

Position
As an Equipment Sales Manager with CooperSurgical your primary role will be meeting customers and driving sales growth through our channel Partners and endusers in the respective countries. You have extensive experience in capital equipment sales and managing channel partners networks. You will serve as the commercial lead for equipment sales working closely with RSMs and engaging with both channel partners and endusers to drive revenue enhance service offerings and support CooperSurgicals longterm growth ambitions in the region.
You have an eye for business opportunities and skills to implement market strategies. You are selfmotivated driven and have a positive and energetic personality. You enjoy delivering results and working in a team. With a cando attitude you will support your colleagues as they in turn support you sharing skills and knowledge along the way.
Develop and manage Channel Partners network
Grow sales through understanding of market dynamics customer needs and acting on opportunities via Channel Partners
Ensure communication sales and promotion of CSI products
Drive relevant stakeholder engagement and decisionmaking
Collaborate and share insights with Regional Sales Managers and crossfunctional teams
oEducational background: biomedical engineering business administration IT
o5 years of experience in a field sales role Preferable in medical equipment
oMultinational experience managing channel partners
oTactical structured and goaloriented approach
