11The role: We seek a Sales Director based in the Dubai office. The Sales Director is responsible for promoting and consultatively selling a portfolio of products to current and target customers across a defined territory in the Middle East. The clients are across multiple segments such as Commercial Lending Investment Banking Private Equity Investment Management and Corporations.
The Impact: Your contribution and dedication to your role is critical as you directly impact business generation. You can lead from the front and directly impact the businesss future growth. In doing so you will learn the clients business and help identify their needs while providing solutions utilising our products and tools.

Responsibilities:
Development and of a sales strategy
Demonstrate understanding of our suite of services and work collaboratively with our subject matter experts to position client solutions that solve specific customers challenge(s)
Stay current with industry news and issues to understand the potential impact on current prospects for finding new opportunities.
Maintain a disciplined approach to daily sales activity pipelines and systemsbased workflow (i.e.
Secure the executed contracts and coordinate the transition of new clients to the Relationship Management team.
Develop industryspecific knowledge necessary to have credible diagnostic conversations.
What were looking for:
5 years of experience in sales/business development focusing on selling solutions.
Strong negotiation skills to close complex deals.
Knowledge and experience in financial services.
Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience.
Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
A proven track record in consultative sales.
Confidence in cold calling and dealing with CLevel executives over the phone and in person clientfirst approach to sales.
Resilience flexibility and longterm thinking.
