These include our top of funnel awareness products such as Display banners consideration products such as cost per click based Premium Listings and Keywords as well as conversionspecific targeted Discounts and promotions.
In this fastpaced and highintensity setup the Sr. Manager Advertising Sales role will lead the regional strategy and to accelerate our advertising revenue. The scope involves leading a team of 34 Program Managers while acting as the connecting glue for our Sales teams (all 8 markets) central tech team (in Berlin) local Product team (in Dubai) amongst other stakeholders. This person will bring thought leadership based on their strong Advertising experience having dealt with commercial and product deliverables within an Ecommerce environment in the past
Strong acumen and understanding of Ecommerce advertising setup incl. products measurement metrics etc. (across CPC Display Video DSP etc..
Identify strategic initiatives that would help Account Managers deliver strong and compelling upsell crosssell acquisition and retention pitches to support growth for restaurant Partners.
Drive priorities focused on core inputs such as increasing penetration sales enablement goal setting scaling long term commitments etc.
Partner with the local and central Product teams to shape mid to long term strategy on roadmaps for different products within our advertising suite.
Become an expert on Talabat advertising solutions and craft recommendations based on advertiser needs (e.g. key accounts with complex goals and ambition).
Demonstrate strong proactive ownership to see solutions through and close them fast by working deeply and closely with stakeholders.
You are able to solve ambiguous problems and identify and mitigate risks before they become roadblocks.
Demonstrate strong deepdive skills to identify actionable insights from data.
Qualifications :
10 years of total work experience with a minimum 5 years of Advertising Sales experience in an Ecommerce company.
Minimum 5 years of experience leading direct teams.
Bachelors degree in business marketing economics or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Experience using data and analytics to drive sales strategy and results within an Advertising business.
Experience in collaborating with Product teams to shape feature development delivery and roadmaps.
Experience with Clevel sales and strategic partnership building.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with a proven ability to influence and align crossfunctional teams and senior leadership around commercial objectives.
