The Product Manager Peritoneal Dialysis (PD) Saudi Arabia is responsible for developing and executing the marketing and commercial strategy for Baxter Kidney Care (Vantive)s PD portfolio. This role involves market analysis stakeholder engagement product positioning and crossfunctional collaboration to ensure optimal therapy adoption and business growth. The Product Manager will work closely with sales clinical and regulatory teams to drive PD market expansion enhance patient outcomes and support home dialysis programs in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Marketing & Business Planning

Develop and implement the marketing strategy for Peritoneal Dialysis (PD) in Saudi Arabia.

Conduct market research competitive analysis and business forecasting to support therapy adoption and market expansion.

Align product strategies with global and regional objectives to maximize therapy reach and accessibility.

2. Sales Enablement & Commercial Support

Work closely with the sales team to develop product positioning messaging and promotional strategies.

Provide sales training clinical insights and market intelligence to enhance salesforce capabilities.

Support key customer engagements sales pitches and hospital tenders to drive PD adoption.

3. Key Opinion Leader (KOL) & Stakeholder Engagement

Build and maintain relationships with nephrologists dialysis nurses hospital administrators and regulatory authorities.

Identify and collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to drive PD therapy advocacy and best practices.

Partner with medical societies and government institutions to enhance PD accessibility and policy development.

4. Product Management & Launch Excellence

Lead the launch of new PD products and solutions in Saudi Arabia ensuring regulatory and market readiness.

Gather customer insights and feedback to refine product offerings and enhance patient experience.

Collaborate with supply chain logistics and distribution teams to ensure product availability.

5. Training & Clinical Education

Develop and execute education and training programs for healthcare professionals and patients to increase PD adoption.

Organize clinical workshops conferences and peertopeer learning sessions on PD therapy.

Work closely with medical and clinical teams to support continuous education in PD.

Essential Qualifications & Criteria Education

Bachelors degree in healthcare biomedical sciences marketing business or a related field.

Advanced degree (MBA MSc or specialization in nephrology/dialysis) is a plus.

Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in product management marketing or sales within the medical devices or pharmaceutical industry.

Experience in nephrology dialysis (PD/HD) or homebased therapies is highly preferred.

Proven track record in launching and managing healthcare products successfully.

Strong experience working with healthcare professionals regulatory bodies and distributors.

Skills & Competencies

Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute longterm business and marketing strategies.

Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of sales processes pricing strategies and business development.

Communication & Presentation Skills: Excellent ability to deliver clinical and commercial messaging effectively.

Project Management: Ability to handle multiple projects timelines and crossfunctional coordination.

Analytical Skills: Expertise in market research data analysis and performance tracking.

Microsoft Office Proficiency: Proficient in Excel PowerPoint and CRM tools.

Language Skills: Fluent in English and Arabic.

Indepth knowledge of Peritoneal Dialysis (PD) therapy and homebased dialysis solutions.

Proven experience in training and engaging healthcare professionals on PD
