Job Summary

As a Assistant SPA Manager you will lead the SPA operations drive success through strategic leadership and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

What you will be doing:

Oversee and manage all daytoday spa operations to meet business objectives.
Develop longterm strategies performance benchmarks and standards to deliver consistent highquality service.
Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent across therapists technicians and front desk staff. Recruit train develop and lead the spa team to deliver high performance and guest satisfaction.
Promote teamwork and a collaborative environment placing emphasis on service excellence.
Provide direction coaching and motivation to team members setting clear expectations and goals.
Participate in hotel leadership meetings and crossdepartment collaboration.
Create and manage staff schedules aligned with business demands special events and operational priorities.
Ensure all team members are trained to the highest standard.
Promote and sell spa services and treatments to maximize revenue.
Monitor individual retail performance provide coaching and incentives to drive sales.
In collaborations with other key departments plan and execute spa promotions and seasonal packages evaluating success and ROI.

Qualifications :

Minimum experience of two years in a similar role in 5star Luxury Hotel.
Proven team leader with a high level of energy and motivation with a proven track record of living the companys values.
Youre a strong team leader a natural at managing and inspiring others in a way that gets the best out of them.
You combine analytical and methodical thinking with high attention to detail and a solutionfocused approach
