Update and manage daily stock register manually and/or through software (Excel or ERP)
Coordinate with the purchase and sales teams for dispatch and delivery tracking
Conduct physical verification of inventory and report discrepancies
Label and store materials properly ensuring easy identification and access
Handle inventory reports and assist in monthly/quarterly audits
Follow up with suppliers or vendors for delivery timelines
Assist the accounts team in material reconciliation as needed
Bachelors degree or diploma in Logistics Supply Chain Commerce or related field
0 2 years of experience in inventory warehouse or store keeping roles
Basic understanding of building materials and constructionrelated items is a plus
Proficient in MS Excel; familiarity with inventory or ERP systems is an advantage
Strong organizational and problemsolving skills
Ability to work independently and handle physical stock checks
Attention to detail and accuracy is essential
