Job Summary:


We are seeking detailoriented and customerfocused Documentation Clerks to support our banking back office operations. In this fulltime role you will be the first point of contact for customers submitting trade documents ensuring all paperwork is accurate complete and compliant before its forwarded to internal teams for further processing. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in administrative support or operations especially within financial services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive trade documents from customers at the front desk (both physical and digital).

  • Employees are required to work on both physical (document management) and digital (scanning and indexing workflows) depending upon the workload.

  • Review and verify submitted documents for completeness and compliance with internal processes.

  • Inform customers of any missing or incorrect documentation and guide them on required corrections.

  • Route complete and verified documentation to appropriate backoffice departments for scanning or processing.

  • Perform document scanning and uploading to the banks document management workflow system.

  • Perform QA process on the digital documents before passing the workflow.

  • Should be a team player as a member will toggle between work processes as instructed by the project supervisor to balance workload. Members are expected to lean/adapt to all backoffice processes as the team will need to work as a unit to deliver the documents within the banks SLA

Requirements:

  • In this banks back office document clerk role members are required to adapt to multitasking and toggling between system and manual processes. Manual processes entail document handling tasks ensuring that documents move through the banks backoffice operation stages smoothly. The systembased processes are software and workflow driven and are required to be done in a timely manner due to SLA requirements.

  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.

  • Good communication and customer service abilities.

  • Familiarity with documentation handling in an operational or clerical setting.

  • Must have good computer operating knowledge.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in banking back office operations.

  • Exposure to core banking systems or trade documentation processes.

  • Previous experience in a document control administrative or operational support role within a financial institution.
