Ontime Group is seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Sales Professional to join our team focusing on selling Aesthetic Wellness Packages. In this role you will be responsible for promoting and selling our comprehensive range of wellness and aesthetic services to potential clients helping them achieve their beauty and wellness goals.
Your ability to connect with clients understand their needs and demonstrate the value of our offerings will be key to your success.
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and develop new business opportunities for aesthetic wellness packages.
- Engage with potential clients providing information about our services and answering queries.
- Conduct consultations to understand clients needs and recommend appropriate packages.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Achieve sales targets and performance metrics through effective strategies and techniques.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns to attract new clients.
- Participate in industry events and seminars to increase brand awareness and promote services.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales preferably in the wellness beauty or aesthetics industry.
- Strong knowledge of aesthetic wellness services and packages.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Resultsoriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Selfmotivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
