Job Description
We Are Hiring: Master Crew Boat (Offshore)
We are urgently looking for a qualified and experienced Master for a Crew Boat operating in offshore oil & gas fields. Candidates with ADNOC or ARAMCO approval will be given priority.
Requirements
Requirements:
* ADNOC or ARAMCO approval (Mandatory)
* Valid STCW certificates
* Valid COC (Certificate of Competency) Minimum Master (II/2) Near Coastal or equivalent
* Valid Seaman s Book / CDC
* Passport with minimum 1 year validity
* Yellow Fever & Offshore Medical certificate
* Experience: Minimum 2 3 years as Master on crew boats/offshore vessels
* Good command of English communication

Skills Required: Expertise in vessel handling and navigation in offshore conditions. Familiar with charterer s requirements (ADNOC, ARAMCO, etc.). Good leadership and crew management abilities. Knowledge of ISM Code, safety protocols, and emergency response. Proficiency in logistics coordination, client communication, and reporting. Strong understanding of offshore operations and marine regulations.
Education
Qualification: Master Mariner License (Near Coastal or Unlimited as per flag) Relevant offshore endorsements (GMDSS, BRM, ARPA, ECDIS, etc.)
