DescriptionOntime Group is seeking a proactive and motivated Telesales Representative to join our healthcare sales team. In this role you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients offering our healthcare products and services and building strong relationships through effective communication and followups.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients in the healthcare sector including hospitals clinics and medical professionals.
- Deliver compelling sales pitches to introduce our healthcare products and services.
- Identify client needs and provide appropriate solutions ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and referrals.
- Maintain an accurate database of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
- Meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Provide feedback on customer responses and market trends to management.
- Keep abreast of product knowledge and industry developments to strengthen sales strategies.
Requirements - Proven experience as a Telesales Representative or similar role in the healthcare industry.
- Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
- Ability to build rapport over the phone and maintain customer relationships.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Resultsoriented with a track record of meeting sales targets.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and MS Office.
- Comfortable working in a fastpaced and competitive environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
