• Functions as administration leader of office and will serve as the main point of contact to oversee employee records such as Visa, contracts, updates on records
• Covers some basic financial tasks like ensuring that supplies in the office are always checked, refilled, ordered, delivered and paid as well as processing payments of utility bills, etc
• Handles front desk task so all incoming calls, walk ins are answered and directed to the correct person as necessary and quickly
• Performs documentation optimization thru helping the team’s tasks stay organized
• Optimize files through Dropbox or shared access on cloud within the office
