Responsibitily:

• Extensive Knowledge on underlying database structure for HCM Oracle Cloud (Fusion)
• Extensively worked on Integration with extracts, Rest APIs etc.
• Worked on BI Publisher reports, Migration and Workflow components
• BI Reports/Dashboards : Oracle Sql is the key skill required in order to develop the BI reports.
• OTBI Reports/Dashboards
• HCM Extracts
• Fast Formulas
• HDL
• HCM Data Loader
• Responsible for the design, development, testing and support of technical tasks in Oracle Cloud
• Technical Tasks include Integrations, HCM Extracts and BI Publisher Reports with Oracle Integration Cloud middleware.
• Prepare and deliver technical workshops and engaging with business Stakeholders in requirements gathering and business mapping
• Carry out unit testing on code and develop test plans to verify logic of new or modified code.
• Will assist the implementation team in change management, resolution of technical queries, documentation of logs and training.
• Needs to be very hands-on in HR processes and must be well versed with coding/scripting/out of box scenarios.
• Exposure to Oracle Cloud (Fusion) modules specifically with HCM Extracts
