Relationship Manager

Our client is a DIFC based private banking custodian regulated by the DFSA and managing multi-million dollar client assets. They are now recruiting a Relationship Manager, having 5-10 years of private banking experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Ongoing business relationships with HNI and UHNWI
• Conduct business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with the products and services.
• Update Clients on status of their accounts, investments and growth.
• Attend meetings with clients to discuss new financial products.
• Create and develop business opportunities with both new and existing clients in order to generateadditional business and to enhance key relationships.
• Manage, review and evaluate client’s accounts.
• Escalate and resolve areas of concern as raised by clients.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled timely and effectively.
• Act as the point of contact for clients and be the interface between the Company and clients.
• Obtain all account opening and compliance documents for processing.
• Work closely with compliance and risk officer, when creating file notes on the client risk and investmentprofile.
• Work closely with the Head of Asset and Wealth Management, the business heads, and compliance and risk departments.

Job Requirements

• Able to use the most appropriate method, language, medium and style of communication when dealingwith clients, colleagues and business partners.

• Able to take quick and well thought through decisions, seize opportunities to move things forward.

• Significant experience in relationship management in the financial services/ banking sector.

• Proven track record of managing relationship with key clients.

• Excellent commercial and negotiation skills.

• Highly developed communication skill for use in direct client contact and problem solving.

• Ability to provide strong financial and statistical analysis.

• Excellent understanding of financial markets and products.

• Attention to details and ability to think creatively to solve problems.
