• Develop processes and manage communication, roadmapping, prototyping and user-boarding product tools
• Facilitate x-team initiatives and forums as needed.
• Define and operate planning & governance processes across Customer Product Organization for delivery against deadlines and consistency in quality
• Ensure product updates are successfully communicated within the broader organization.
• Support the team to the ability to pivot plans and respond swiftly to customer needs
