Job Description
Location: Dubai
New horizon is a fast-growing inbound tourism company in Dubai. We are looking for an experienced tour consultant for our tour desk in Dubai. We prefer Female candidates for this position and should have expert communication skills. The candidate must be fluent in speaking and writing English. The candidate age should not be more than 30.
Skills needed:
- Proven working experience as a Customer Service/Sales Consultant
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
- Exemplary sales skills and customer-oriented approach
- Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively
- Demonstrable ability to handle crises
