- Facilitating regular Shutdown scheduling meeting with production and maintenance stakeholders
- Developing schedules based on negotiated production unit priorities and current business environment to optimize the use of site wide available resources
- Ensures appropriate scheduling logic including amount of preventative maintenance work vs. corrective work
- Providing feedback to planners on quality of job plan detail and logic
- Publishing and updating daily and weekly schedules to affected work groups during shutdown execution
- Adjusting schedules to accommodate changing priorities or available resources
- Responding to and participating in the timely execution of critical priority jobs
- Assists shutdown execution in the re-alignment of schedule based on process needs and the current priorities and risks during shutdown.
- Monitoring and tracking daily shutdown schedule compliance and publishing results.
- Providing reports on resource utilization and providing input into any staffing changes that may be necessary based on historical trends and forecasts

- Advanced knowledge of scheduling software
