Job Description
The actual role is Junior Operations Assistant with focus on commercial side of business
• Prepare initial client quotations based on requirement and requested details
• Initiate the process of all documentation needed for all shipment transactions including templates, checking of new regulations or updated rules within the industry and country protocols
• Act accordingly on any special requests, notes of instructions from VVIP clients
