*Screening telephone calls taking messages and responding to queries.
*Arranging domestic and international flights transportation and accommodation for Clevel executives.
*Managing Clevel executives personal and business diaries.
*Coordinating meetings conference calls and interviews.
*Preparing for board meetings which includes drafting agendas gathering and printing all necessary documents and organizing refreshments.
*Organizing fundraisers staff appreciation functions and other company events.
*Forwarding or replying to emails and correspondence addressed to Clevel executives.
*Compiling and submitting expense reports to Clevel executives.
*Performing personal errands for Clevel executives as required
Qualifications - 2-5 years of experience in the maintenance department in the oil and gas industry. - Knowledge of reviewing P&l and electrical drawings. - Can work with a minimum of supervision and be able to manage his time when given multiple tasks. - Diploma in Mechanical & Electrical or higher - Should have a valid driving UAE driving License
