Job Description
Responsibility:
• Assist the senior management with the preparation of quarterly financial forecasting processes, annual budgeting and strategic plans
• Review and assess property tax, service charges, lease and maintenance expenses, and property rentals
• Monthly, quarterly reporting to HQ, asset review and ad hoc management reporting and analysis
• Prepare reconciliations & schedules for accuracy & completeness for month-end, quarter-end & year-end closing
• Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual reports to submit it to financial management and board members
• Prepare consolidated balance sheet and cash management reports for the stakeholders
