Job Description
- The role is largely focused on the ability to establish positive working relationships with the organisations key clientele, VIPs and Sponsors.
- This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced customer service professional to join a dynamic international MICE organisation.
- The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact through all stages from pre to post event for the organisations B2B clientele including VIPs, C-level executives and high-level government representatives.
- You will oversee the Client Relations team onsite to ensure all customer service expectations are exceeded and the top sponsors meet with their target buyers.
