• The main point of coordination between the Guest Services areas while on duty and between the team and mall management in general
• Responsible for complaints follow up (on-time, on-quality) as well as complaints documentation in the complaints management system.
• Create the work roster and ensure it is executed as per plan
• Provide daily summary of complaints, suggestions, and compliments
